The invention discloses a multifunctional window for a high-rise commercial building. The window comprises window frames and glass fixedly connected to the window frames, wherein the window frames onthe two sides of the glass are each provided with a sliding groove, each sliding groove is internally connected with a magnetic moving block in a sliding mode, the two moving blocks are jointly connected with a scraping rod, a spring is arranged at the bottom of each sliding groove, and the two ends of each spring are fixedly connected with the corresponding moving block and the groove wall of thebottom of the corresponding sliding groove correspondingly. The window has the advantages that the high-rise window is large in amount of wind and large in wind power, a pneumatic impeller rotates through airflow, a reciprocating lead screw is driven to rotate through gear transmission, a lead screw sliding block slides back and forth in a sliding cavity, a telescopic air bag is driven to be continuously stretched and compressed in the back-and-forth sliding process of the lead screw sliding block, under the action of a one-way valve, fresh air is fed into a room, flowing of indoor air is increased, and therefore the air quality is improved.
