The invention discloses a scenic spot picture display device for tourism resources and a using method of the scenic spot picture display device and relates to the field of scenic spot picture display.The scenic spot picture display device comprises a display stand, a supporting device, a transmission device, a solar power storage device, a broadcasting sound box, a lighting device and a rain sheltering device, wherein the display table includes a display table body, and the supporting device includes a hydraulic lifting column; one end of the hydraulic lifting column is welded to the displaystand body. The invention relates to a scenic spot picture display device for tourism resources and a using method thereof. By arranging a transmission device, more pictures to be displayed can be placed on a conveying belt; the solar power storage device is used as a power supply to achieve the purposes of environment-friendly and convenient power utilization; through the arrangement of the broadcast sound box and the lighting device, the display device has the functions of voice broadcast and night scenic spot picture reading; and through the arrangement of the rain sheltering device, the rain sheltering effect for viewers and the device in rainy days is achieved, the device is prevented from being corroded by rainwater for a long time to be damaged, and the service life is prolonged.
