The invention discloses a lime watering treater for building decoration and a using method. The lime watering treater structurally comprises support feet, a lime watering mechanism, a motor and a drain pipe, wherein the support feet are vertically mounted at the lower end of the lime watering mechanism; the motor is horizontally mounted at the upper end of the lime watering mechanism; the drain pipe is mounted at the left lower end of the lime watering mechanism; the lime watering mechanism comprises a lime watering tank body, an upper cover, a transmission structure, a connecting frame and adrain opening; and the upper cover is horizontally mounted at the upper end of the lime watering tank body. According to the lime watering treater, the lime watering tank body is arranged at the lowerend of the transmission structure, a lime watering paddle stirs lime, water outlet mechanisms at the upper end of a stirring paddle are subjected to lime resistance to push pushing plates, and movable pipes are stressed to move inwards and compress springs, so that the movable pipes penetrate through fixing plates; water inlets communicate with water spraying pipes, and water on the inner sides of branch pipes enter the movable pipes along the water spraying pipes and then flows out from partition nets, so that the water meeting degree of the lime is more uniform; and all-dimensional water feeding and lime watering is carried out, so that the lime watering treatment is completed in a short time, and the lime watering effect is improved.
