The invention discloses a corner butt joint process method for door and window sealing strips. The corner butt joint process method comprises the steps that a rubber raw material is selected and addedinto a heating device, the molten rubber raw material is fed into an extruder, and rubber is subjected to extrusion molding through the extruder; the cooled rubber sealing strips are quantitatively cut through cutting equipment, and the cut rubber sealing strips are subjected to trimming treatment; according to the size needing to be machined, a proper corner joint mold is selected, and the two sets of rubber sealing strips needing corner butt joint are placed in the corner joint mold; then mold assembly is conducted, the corner joint mold is heated and then cooled, and corner joint of the sealing strips is completed; the rubber raw material is heated through the heating device, the heating device can guarantee that the molten rubber is at the proper temperature, aging or solidification of the rubber is avoided, and the quality of the produced rubber sealing strips is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the produced sealing strips are subjected to burr removal and protrusion treatment, and thequality of the corner-jointed sealing strips is high.
本发明公开了一种门窗密封条转角对接工艺方法，包括选取橡胶原材料，将橡胶原材料加入到加热装置内，将融化后的橡胶原料送入挤出机内，通过挤出机对橡胶进行挤出成型，通过切割设备对冷却后的橡胶密封条进行定量切割，对切割后的橡胶密封条进行修边处理，根据需要加工的尺寸，选取合适的接角模具，将需要转角对接的两组橡胶密封条置于接角模具内，然后进行合模，对接角模具进行加热，然后冷却，完成对密封条的接角；通过加热装置对橡胶原料进行加热，加热装置能够保证融化后的橡胶处于合适的温度，避免橡胶出现老化或凝固，保证生产出来的橡胶密封条的质量，同时对生产出来的密封条进行去除毛刺和凸起处理，接角后的密封条的质量高。
