Chopped quartz fiber reinforced silicon oxide ceramic paste for photocuring and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to chopped quartz fiber reinforced silicon oxide ceramic paste for photocuring and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing bundle-shaped chopped quartz fibers into monofilament chopped quartz fibers; then mixing the SiO2 powder with a powder dispersing agent, carrying out ball milling treatment through a ball mill, sieving and drying to obtain a solid mixture; adding a photoinitiator and a silane coupling agent into a resin mixed solution, carrying out ball milling to obtain a light-cured resin system, addingthe light-cured resin system into the solid mixture, dropwise adding a light absorbing agent, stirring to be flocculent, mixing in a homogenizing mixer, and vacuumizing to obtain silicon oxide ceramicpaste; and finally, adding the monofilament chopped quartz fibers into the silicon oxide ceramic paste, and uniformly mixing in a homogenizing mixer to obtain the chopped quartz fiber reinforced silicon oxide ceramic paste for photocuring. The obtained paste has the characteristics of high printing precision, high solid content, uniform fiber dispersion and the like.
一种光固化用短切石英纤维增强氧化硅陶瓷膏料及其制备方法,先将束状短切石英纤维制成单丝短切石英纤维;然后将SiO2粉末与粉末分散剂混合,并通过球磨机进行球磨处理,过筛、干燥得到固体混合物;再将光引发剂和硅烷偶联剂加入树脂混合液中,球磨得到光固化树脂体系,将光固化树脂体系加入固体混合物中,同时滴入吸光剂,将其搅拌为絮状,然后放入均质混料机中进行混合并抽真空,得到氧化硅陶瓷膏料;最后将单丝短切石英纤维加入到氧化硅陶瓷膏料中,置于均质混料机中混匀,即得到光固化用短切石英纤维增强氧化硅陶瓷膏料;所得膏料具有高的打印精度,高固相含量,纤维分散均匀等特点。
