Masonry mortar
The invention relates to the technical field of building mortar, in particular to masonry mortar which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of Portland cement, 20-30 parts of river sand, 10-15 parts of modified aluminum oxide, 60-80 parts of water and 3-6 parts of a water retaining agent. Modified aluminum oxide is used as an active filler in the mortar preparationprocess, so that the prepared finished mortar has higher compactness, and the average pore diameter in the dried finished mortar is reduced through the modified active filler aluminum oxide, which isa powerful basis for the compactness of the mortar; as a chemical additive for changing the surface morphological structure of the material, a surfactant can be used for molding a relatively flat material external structure and a flat external structure molded in modified aluminum oxide, and a layer of compact protective film can be formed on the surface of mortar through mutual combination and filling of intermolecular forces; and when the mortar is combined with a building entity, the contact surface is increased, and the bonding strength of the mortar can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及建筑砂浆技术领域,具体涉及一种砌筑砂浆,包括如下原料组成及其重量份数:硅酸盐水泥40~50份、河砂20~30份、改性氧化铝10~15份、水60~80份、保水剂3~6份;本发明中改性氧化铝作为砂浆制备过程中的活性填料可以使得所制备的成品砂浆更加具有密实性,通过改性活性填料氧化铝使得干燥后的成品砂浆内部的平均孔径减小,是砂浆密实性有力的依据,表面活性剂作为一种改变材料表面形态结构的化学添加剂,可以塑造出相对平整的材料外部结构,改性氧化铝中塑造的平整外部结构,通过分子间作用力的相互结合填充,可在砂浆表面形成一层致密的保护膜,使得砂浆成品表面的粗糙度降低,在砂浆与建筑实体相结合时,接触面增大,可以有效的增大其粘结强度。
