The high-flow-state gypsum-based all-solid-waste cementing material disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of good rheological property, high strength and the like, the fluidity of neat paste reaches 300mm or above, the mortar compressive strength of 28d reaches 42.5 MPa or above, and the steel slag powder can completely replace cement clinker, so that the dosage of the cementing material is saved,the total cost can be greatly reduced, and besides, the raw materials used in the invention are basically solid wastes, so reasonable utilization of the solid wastes is promoted, and energy and resources are greatly saved.
本发明提供一种高流态石膏基全固废胶凝材料及其制备方法,该高流态石膏基全固废胶凝材料,按质量百分数计,包括以下组分:纳微米改性磷石膏浆:40~45%,矿渣粉:40~45%,钢渣粉:3.5~7.5%,分散稳定剂:0.1~0.5%,余量为水。本发明的高流态石膏基全固废胶凝材料,具有流变性能好,强度高等特点,其净浆流动度达到300mm以上,28d砂浆抗压强度达到42.5MPa以上,其中,钢渣粉可以完全取代水泥熟料,不仅节约了胶凝材料的用量,而且可大大降低总成本,另外,本发明所用原料基本均为固体废弃物,既促进了固废的合理利用,又极大的节约了能源和资源。
