The invention relates to a ceramic tile adhesive and a ceramic tile paving method. The ceramic tile adhesive comprises a surface self-folding composition, modified cement and round sand, the surface self-folding composition comprises amphiphilic salt and a water absorption type gel monomer according to the mass ratio of 1: (5-20), and preparation raw materials of the water absorption type gel monomer comprise alkoxy silane and fulvic acid according to the molar ratio of (0.7-0.9): 1; the structure of the alkoxy silane contains two alkoxy groups and one primary amine group, or the structure ofthe alkoxy silane contains two alkoxy groups and one secondary amine group; the 30-day hydration shrinkage rate of the modified cement is less than 0.2%; and the circular rate of the circular sand ismore than 70%. The ceramic tile adhesive can generate self-folding tooth-shaped traces and is high in liquidity when ceramic tiles are laid, manual tooth scraping for surface finishing is not needed,and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种瓷砖胶粘剂及瓷砖铺贴方法。上述瓷砖胶粘剂包括表面自折叠组合物、改性水泥和圆形砂,表面自折叠组合物包括质量比为1:(5~20)的两亲性盐与吸水型冻胶单体,吸水型冻胶单体的制备原料包括摩尔比为(0.7~0.9):1的烷氧基硅烷和富里酸;烷氧基硅烷的结构中含有2个烷氧基以及1个伯胺基,或者,烷氧基硅烷的结构中含有2个烷氧基以及1个仲胺基;改性水泥的30天水化收缩率<0.2%;圆形砂的圆形率>70%。上述瓷砖胶粘剂能够在铺贴瓷砖时产生自折叠的齿状痕迹且流动性高,无需人工刮齿修整表面,提高了施工效率。
