The invention relates to the field of ceramic products, in particular to a white porcelain kettle for an induction cooker and a preparation method thereof. The white porcelain kettle is characterizedin that the white porcelain kettle comprises a kettle body, an electromagnetic heating bottom plate, a sealing ring and a heat preservation jacket, and the electromagnetic heating bottom plate comprises a heat conduction plate and a heat conduction column. The heat conduction plate and the heat conduction column are embedded in the bottom of the kettle body, eddy current heating is formed in the heat conduction plate and the heat conduction column through electromagnetic heating, and therefore the kettle can be applied to the induction cooker for heating. Meanwhile, the white porcelain kettlecan be directly placed on fuel gas for heating, and the heating modes are diversified; the sealing ring is embedded between the inner wall of the kettle body and the side wall of the electromagnetic heating bottom plate, so that the kettle body and the electromagnetic heating bottom plate are sealed; the heat preservation jacket is made of a hollow fiber polymer, hollow fibers are impregnated witha phase-change material, the phase-change material can store heat during heating and dissipate heat to achieve the heat preservation effect when not heated, the heat preservation jacket is plated with an oil-proof film layer and has the oil-proof effect, and the top face of the heat conduction plate is covered with a silver plating layer so that the sterilization effect can be achieved.
