Continuous electrophoretic deposition modified carbon fiber reinforced multi-matrix composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a continuous electrophoretic deposition modified carbon fiber reinforced multi-matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof. The material is composed of 30-55% byvolume of carbon fiber, 3-25% by volume of inorganic powder and 20-67% by volume of matrix, and the material is characterized in that the inorganic powder wraps the surface of the carbon fiber or isembedded in the carbon fiber bundle; the concentration is gradually reduced from the cellosilk to the surface of the fiber bundle. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps:(1) pretreating the carbon fibers; (2) preparing inorganic powder slurry; (3) widening the pretreated carbon fiber to form a carbon fiber belt, and then carrying out electrophoretic deposition on inorganic powder; (4) preparing a preform from the deposited carbon fibers; and (5) compounding a matrix in the preform. Uniform deposition of inorganic powder on the surfaces of the carbon fibers is guaranteed through widening treatment of the carbon fibers, the deposition efficiency is remarkably improved, the multifunctional characteristic of the composite material is improved, and the performanceand the stability of the composite material are remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种连续电泳沉积改性碳纤维增强的多基体复合材料及其制备方法,由30~55%体积分数碳纤维、3~25%体积分数无机粉末和20~67%体积分数基体组成,其特征在于无机粉末包裹在碳纤维丝表面或镶嵌在碳纤维束中,从纤维丝到纤维束表面浓度逐渐下降。其制备方法为:(1)将碳纤维进行预处理;(2)配制无机粉末浆料;(3)将预处理好的碳纤维展宽形成碳纤维带,然后电泳沉积无机粉末;(4)将沉积好的碳纤维制成预成型体;(5)在预成型体中复合基体。本发明通过对碳纤维展宽处理保证了无机粉末在碳纤维丝表面的均匀沉积,显著提高了沉积效率,增加了复合材料多功能特性,显著的提高了复合材料的性能与稳定性。
