The invention relates to an underglaze leaf pattern preparation process which comprises the following steps: taking leaves, cleaning, naturally airing, soaking in a soaking solution, heating to boil,keeping boiling for 5 minutes, cooling to 80 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 40 minutes, replacing with clear water, soaking for 24 hours, and naturally airing; soaking the obtained leaves in ground glaze for 2-3 s, taking out and then attaching to a formed green body, and drying at the temperature of 40-45 DEG C; spraying surface glaze on the green body by using a spray gun, naturally air-drying, putting into a kiln, oxidizing, firing at 1280-1350 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 30-40 minutes, and naturally cooling to room temperature. According to the invention, the natural leaves arefired on the porcelain body after special treatment, so that an approximately natural decorative effect is obtained, veins are clear, ribs are rich, and the pattern is comfortable and durable; and theyield reaches 85%.
本发明涉及一种釉下树叶图案制备工艺，取树叶洗净,自然晾干后没入浸泡液中，加热至沸腾，保持沸腾5min后，冷却至80℃，保温40min后，更换清水浸泡24小时，自然风干；所得树叶在底釉中浸泡2～3s，取出后贴于成型好的坯体上，40～45℃烘干；用喷枪在坯体上喷涂面釉，自然风干后入窑氧化烧成1280～1350℃，保温30～40min，自然冷却到室温。本发明采用天然树叶经过特殊处理后在瓷坯上烧制，得到近乎自然的装饰效果，脉络清晰，筋纹丰富，舒适耐看；成品率达85%。
