The invention provides a high-wear-resistance prefabricated rubber runway material and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from a mixed polyurethane elastomer and rubber. In the technical scheme, the unsaturated polyurethane elastomer is used for providing unsaturated bonds, unsaturated polyurethane elastomer particles and rubber are integrally vulcanized to achieve molecular level combination, and the polyurethane elastomer endows the surface layer with higher strength and better wear resistance. On the basis, the specific component formulas of a bottom layer material and asurface layer material are defined, a brand-new preparation method is developed around the specific component formulas, and efficient preparation of the rubber material can be achieved.
