The invention discloses a machining process for improving a crack defect generated in preparation of a silicon carbide/cast aluminum alloy by a stirring casting method, and relates to the technical field of cast aluminum alloy processing. The process specifically comprises the following steps of 1) preparing a mixed dispersion liquid of carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide; 2) preparing aerogel; 3)preparing silicon carbide composite aerogel; 4) carrying out modification treatment on the silicon carbide composite aerogel; 5) heating and melting a cast aluminum alloy raw material to obtain an aluminum alloy solution, adding modified silicon carbide composite aerogel into an aluminum alloy tube, then adding into the aluminum alloy solution, casting into a mold after treatment, and demolding after molding to obtain the required silicon carbide/cast aluminum alloy. According to the machining process, cracks generated in the process of preparing the silicon carbide/cast aluminum alloy through the stirring casting method can be effectively reduced, so that the technical effect of improving the strength of an aluminum alloy casting is achieved, and the wide application prospect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种改善搅拌铸造法制备碳化硅/铸造铝合金中产生裂纹缺陷的加工工艺,涉及铸造铝合金加工技术领域,具体工艺如下:1)配制碳纳米管和氧化石墨烯的混合分散液;2)制得气凝胶;3)制得碳化硅复合气凝胶;4)碳化硅复合气凝胶进行改性处理;5)将铸造铝合金原料加热溶化得到铝合金溶液,将改性碳化硅复合气凝胶加入到铝合金管中,然后加入到铝合金溶液中,经过处理后浇铸到模具中,成型后脱模,即可得到所需的碳化硅/铸造铝合金。本发明提供的加工工艺,可以有效的降低搅拌铸造法制备碳化硅/铸造铝合金工艺中裂纹的产生,从而有助于实现铝合金铸件强度提升的技术效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
