The invention relates to a hot in-place recycling remixer with a heating structure. The remixer comprises a rack, a secondary heating wall fixedly arranged at the front end of the rack, and a heatingwall overturning and lifting frame for adjusting the angle and position of the secondary heating wall, and a material distribution spiral device is arranged at one end, far away from a remixer body, of the secondary heating wall; the heating wall overturning and lifting frame comprises a fixing frame used for installing the secondary heating wall and a first oil cylinder used for driving the secondary heating wall to rotate up and down, a sliding frame vertically slides on the fixing frame, and the secondary heating wall is rotationally connected with the sliding frame; and the fixing frame isrotatably connected with the rack around the vertical axis, two second oil cylinders are arranged at the position, close to the fixing frame, of the front end of the rack, the two second oil cylinders are located on the two sides of the sliding frame correspondingly, and the two ends of each second oil cylinder are hinged to the rack and the fixing frame correspondingly. The remixer has the advantage that safe, high-standard and high-quality regeneration of an asphalt road is realized.
本发明涉及一种具有加热结构的就地热再生复拌机，其包括机架和固定设置在机架前端的二次提温加热墙以及用于调节二次提温加热墙的角度和位置的加热墙翻升架，所述二次提温加热墙远离复拌机本体的一端设有分料螺旋装置；加热墙翻升架包括用于安装二次提温加热墙的固定架、用于驱动二次提温加热墙上下转动的第一油缸，固定架上竖直滑移有滑架，所述二次提温加热墙转动连接在滑架上；所述固定架绕竖直轴线转动连接在机架上，所述机架的前端靠近固定架的位置设有第二油缸，所述第二油缸共有两个并且分别位于滑架的两侧，所述第二油缸的两端分别铰接在机架上和固定架上。本发明的优点是实现了沥青道路的安全、高标准、高质量的再生。
