Intelligent precise conveying feeder
The invention relates to an intelligent precise conveying feeder, which is applied to the technical field of asphalt pavement hot in-place recycling units and is used for solving the technical problems of difficulty in traveling and feeding, low feeding precision and large asphalt heat loss in an asphalt recycling process. The feeder comprises a rack which is carried on a material conveying dumper, and a hopper, a hopper conveying screw and a multi-stage material distribution screw which are sequentially arranged on the rack in the horizontal direction. The hopper is in butt joint with the material conveying dumper, the feeding end of the hopper conveying screw is located in the hopper, the discharging end of the hopper conveying screw is in butt joint with a feeding port of the multi-stage material distribution screw, and the multi-stage material distribution screw is located at the tail of the rack and rotationally connected with the rack around the vertical axis, so that the multi-stage material distribution screw can rotate on the horizontal plane. By matching the material conveying dumper for use, the feeder is more flexible in feeding and smooth in traveling, and the effect of reducing asphalt heat loss caused by further shortening the feeding time is achieved.
