The construction method comprises the following construction steps of excavating a working pit, and prefabricating the frame bridge; constructing overhead piles, and erecting auxiliary beams and overhead lines; after the overhead operation of the line is completed, setting out the central axis of the frame bridge in place on one side of the non-working pit of the line, and excavating a channel by taking the central axis as a reference until reaching a jacking surface; jacking the frame bridge, excavating earthwork along the jacking section of the frame bridge in the channel, and discharging the earthwork from one side of the non-working pit of the line; in the jacking earth cutting process, adjusting the elevation position and the horizontal position of the frame bridge through overexcavation and under-excavation.
