The concrete frames are combined together and installed on the seawall revetment, salt-tolerant green plants are planted in the square frames combined by the concrete frames, the green plants in the squareframes are fixed through fixing nets, so that ecological greening is conducted on the seawall revetment through the green plants, and water and soil loss of the seawall revetment is prevented; and thefriction coefficient between the bottom of the concrete frames and seawall revetment soil is increased through conical pieces, and therefore the effect of preventing the concrete frames from slidingdown and displacing is achieved.
