The invention discloses an air-water fusion type continuous pile jetting system. The system comprises a high-pressure jet water pump, an air compressor, an air-water mixing assembly, a starting control box, a high-pressure hose winch and a pile jetting nozzle, wherein the input end of the high-pressure water jetting pump communicates with a seawater header pipe, the output end of the high-pressurewater jetting pump communicates with the input end of the air-water mixing assembly through a pile jetting water pipe, the air compressor communicates with a pile jetting water pipe through a compressed air pipeline, the output end of the air-water mixing assembly communicates with the input end of the high-pressure hose winch through a seamless steel pipe, the high-pressure hose winch communicates with the pile jetting nozzle through a high-pressure hose, the high-pressure hose is connected with the pile jetting nozzle through a flange, the pile jetting nozzle is fixedly arranged on a pile shoe, and the starting control box is electrically connected with the high-pressure jet water pump and the air compressor. The system has the advantages that the system is simple in structure and convenient to use, the gas-water fusion type pile jetting capacity for breaking the adsorption force between a pile shoe and sludge is greatly improved relative to high-pressure water, the time needed forpile pulling is shortened to a large extent, and therefore energy consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种气水融合式连续冲桩系统,包括高压冲水泵、空压机、气水混合组件、启动控制箱、高压软管绞车、冲桩喷嘴,高压冲水泵输入端与海水总管连通,高压冲水泵输出端通过冲桩水管与气水混合组件输入端连通,空压机通过压缩空气管道与冲桩水管连通,气水混合组件输出端通过无缝钢管与高压软管绞车输入端连通,高压软管绞车通过高压软管与冲桩喷嘴连通,高压软管与冲桩喷嘴之间通过法兰进行连接,冲桩喷嘴固定设置于桩靴上,启动控制箱与高压冲水泵、空压机电性连接。本发明优点在于结构简单,使用方便,相对于高压水对桩靴与淤泥间的吸附力破除能力气水融合型冲桩具有很大的提升,很大程度上降低了拔桩所需的时间,从而降低能耗。
