The invention discloses a reusable foundation pit PHC supporting component. The reusable foundation pit PHC supporting component comprises PHC end prefabricated sections located at the two ends and aPHC connecting prefabricated section located between the two PHC end prefabricated sections, wherein the end faces of the outer ends of the PHC end prefabricated sections extend to form first connecting structures; the first connecting structures and a foundation pit supporting structure are fixedly connected and poured to form a first post-pouring section; the end faces of the inner ends of the PHC end prefabricated sections extend to form second connecting structures; the two end faces of the PHC connecting prefabricated section extend to form third connecting structures; the second connecting structures and the third connecting structures are fixedly connected and poured to form a second post-pouring section; the first post-pouring section and the second post-pouring section can be damaged; and the first connecting structures, the second connecting structures and the third connecting structures can be cut off. According to the reusable foundation pit PHC supporting component and a construction method thereof, the engineering requirement can be met, the work efficiency can be improved, the reusable foundation pit PHC supporting component can be reused, and resource waste is reduced.
