The invention discloses a foundation of a horizontal machining center. The foundation comprises a foundation body formed by pouring concrete, a plurality of machine tool mounting positions are arranged above the foundation body, a secondary grouting area is arranged at the position, located at each machine tool mounting position, of the upper surface of the foundation body, and foundation bolts with hooks at the bottoms are embedded in the secondary grouting areas. The tops of the foundation bolts extend out from the upper parts of the secondary grouting areas and are provided with machine tool supporting blocks; and the foundation body is wrapped with a foundation retaining wall, a second anti-vibration structure layer is arranged between the bottom of the foundation body and the foundation retaining wall, and a first anti-vibration structure layer is arranged between the side wall of the foundation body and the foundation retaining wall. The foundation is suitable for the horizontalmachining center. The foundation body is wrapped with the foundation retaining wall which is formed by pouring reinforced concrete, so that the rigidity of the whole foundation is enhanced, the foundation stability during equipment machining is guaranteed, the machining precision is guaranteed, and besides, the vibration resistance of the foundation is high.

本发明公开了一种卧式加工中心地基，包括采用混凝土浇筑而成的地基主体，地基主体上方设置有多个机床安装位，地基主体上表面位于每个机床安装位处均设置有二次灌浆区，二次灌浆区内部埋置有底部带有弯钩的地脚螺栓，地脚螺栓的顶部由二次灌浆区上方伸出并安装有机床支撑块；地基主体外部包裹有地基护壁，地基主体的底部与地基护壁之间设置有第二防振结构层，地基主体的侧壁与地基护壁之间设置有第一防振结构层，本发明适用于卧式加工中心地基，该卧式加工中心地基的地基主体外部包裹有地基护壁，地基护壁采用钢筋混凝土浇筑而成，增强整个地基的刚性，保证了设备加工时的地基稳定性，从而保证了加工的精度，且该地基的抗振能力强。
