The invention discloses a pinch plate, a composite functional plate and a noise reduction, sound absorption, sound insulation and magnetic conduction elimination method. The pinch plate comprises an upper pinch plate and a lower pinch plate, the upper pinch plate comprises a concave double-bevel pinch plate with a concave middle part, four inwards inclined edges and four outwards inclined corners,and the upper pinch plate is buckled on the lower pinch plate. The composite functional plate is formed by arranging a thin-film solar cell or monitoring and communication equipment in the upper pinch plate of the pinch plate. The method comprises the following steps of 1) arranging a prefabricated bearing frame; 2) arranging a grid module on the inner side of the prefabricated bearing frame; 3)dry-hanging the pinch plate on the grid module; 4) ensuring that the pinch plate comprises a sound insulation and magnetic isolation pinch plate or the composite functional plate or a transparent module, and embedding the pinch plate in the grid module; 5) combining the pinch plate in the grid module into a rhombus scale shape. The pinch plate, the composite functional plate and the noise reduction, sound absorption, sound insulation and magnetic conduction elimination method are reasonable in structure and excellent in noise reduction and sound absorption effect and have electromagnetic elimination and conduction functions.
