The invention discloses a processing technology of a waterproof, windproof and light-weight roof tile. The processing technology comprises the following steps that S1, galvanizing is carried out, specifically, surface pretreatment is carried out on a prefabricated steel plate, and an aluminum-zinc-plated coating is sprayed to obtain an aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate; S2, cutting is carried out,specifically, the aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate is cut into a steel plate base body with the preset size through a corresponding cutting tool; and S3, stamping is carried out, specifically, the steel plate base body is put into a die of the roof tile to be subjected to stamping forming. According to the processing technology of the waterproof, windproof and light-weight roof tile, the structureis simple, traditional complex procedures such as primer coating, sand distribution and upper glue coating do not needed, the overall processing flow of the roof tile is simplified, and the cost of the roof tile is greatly reduced; meanwhile, waterproof cotton and bonding fibers are added in the procedures, the waterproof performance of the roof tile is greatly enhanced by arranging the waterproof cotton and the bonding fibers, the waterproof performance of the roof tile is greatly enhanced, the overall texture of the roof tile is reduced, so that the pressure on a roof when the roof tile isused is greatly reduced, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced.
