The invention discloses energy-saving and environment-friendly intelligent building painting equipment. The equipment structurally comprises a painting handle, a supporting ring, a protective upper cover, a stirring barrel and moving rollers, wherein the painting handle is fixedly nested to the right side of the supporting ring, the supporting ring is installed on the surface wall of the stirringbarrel through bolts, a groove in the upper end of the stirring barrel and the protective upper cover are nested with each other, a flat plate at the bottom of the stirring barrel is fixedly welded tothe moving rollers, and an internal pipeline of the painting handle is connected with a pumping motor of the stirring barrel. The equipment has the advantages that a material dipping roller is attached to a material suction inner plate, and then materials in the material suction inner plate are extruded; meanwhile, due to the fact that an air gap exists in the surface of the material dipping roller, reverse absorption is achieved, continuous painting can be conducted, and the painting efficiency is improved; and besides, compared with traditional material-dipping-type feeding, the efficiencyis higher, and the coating utilization rate is higher.
本发明公开了一种节能环保型的智能化建筑涂刷设备，其结构包括：涂刷手把、支撑环、防护上盖、搅拌桶、移动滚轮，涂刷手把嵌套固定在支撑环的右侧，支撑环通过螺栓安设在搅拌桶的表壁，搅拌桶上端凹槽与防护上盖相互嵌套，搅拌桶底部平板与移动滚轮焊接固定，涂刷手把内部管道与搅拌桶泵料电机相连接；有益效果：本发明通过料辊与吸料内板相贴合，吸料内板的内部的材料挤压，同时由于蘸料辊表面也存在气隙，因此被反向吸收，即可持续进行涂刷，提高涂刷的效率，同时相对传统的蘸料式给料，效率更高，涂料的利用更加的高。
