Other devices are mounted through the mounting frame; the Z-direction feeding device completes feeding of the whole binding device in the Z direction; the Y-direction feeding device achieves synchronous inward or outward movement of two forming claws in the Y direction to ensure the distance and levelness of a scaffold to be bound; the forming transmission device achieves power conveying of the forming claws; and the forming device achieves automatic wire feeding, cutting and binding actions, the time and labor cost are saved, and the function of high-quality automatic scaffold binding is achieved.
