Slope section water conveying pipeline and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a slope section water conveying pipeline. The pipeline comprises a groove, a base groove, long-distance steel pipe units, an anti-sliding prefabricated concrete base, a pipeline connector and pipeline supporting pads. The long-distance steel pipe units, the anti-sliding prefabricated concrete base, the pipeline connector and the pipeline supporting pads are all buried in the groove, the base groove is further formed in the groove and used for containing the anti-sliding prefabricated concrete base, the pipeline connector is connected to the anti-sliding prefabricated concrete base in a bolted mode, and the two ends of the pipeline connector are connected with the long-distance steel pipe units in a welded mode. The pipeline supporting pads are arranged along the long-distance steel pipe units at certain intervals. The anti-sliding prefabricated concrete base is mainly composed of a base and a cup wall. The pipeline has the advantages that the adopted prefabricated anti-sliding prefabricated concrete base is fixed to the slope base groove through expansion anchor rods, the structure is simple, construction is convenient, the construction period is shortened,and environmental pollution is reduced.
