A concrete cleaning slag water return pipe (10) is vertically arranged on a concrete cast-in-place main body structure (4), a funnel (9) is arranged under a discharge port (8) of a distribution pipe (7), and a first unloaded concrete conveying tank truck (12) and a second unloaded concrete conveying tank truck (15) filled with clear water are arranged on the ground at the outer side of the concrete cast-in-place main body structure (4) respectively; and a lower end opening of the concrete cleaning slag water return pipe (10) is formed in a first tank truck discharging opening (13)of the first unloaded concrete conveying tank truck, and a second tank truck discharging opening (14) of the second unloaded concrete conveying tank truck filled with clear water is in butt joint with a ground pump feeding opening (2) of a concrete ground pump (1). Resources are saved, and the environment is protected.
