Waste concrete recycling method
The invention discloses a waste concrete recycling method. The method comprises the steps of: 1, waste collection; 2, crushing treatment; 3, calcining and processing; 4, modifying and mixing; and 5, finished product transportation. In the first step, a forklift is manually used for collecting waste concrete, and the concrete is transported to an open area; the concrete is screened, external impurities are removed, and the concrete is sprayed with water and continuously leached for 2-3 times; the waste concrete recycling method is easy to operate, the waste concrete is smashed, screened and subjected to calcination modification again, new concrete is obtained, the strength and durability of original concrete are improved, environment protection is facilitated, and resources are saved; and meanwhile, the process is simple and rigorous, can replace other expensive waste concrete recycling methods, is remarkable in effect, cheap in raw materials, low in cost and convenient to process, greatly saves the production cost, and is beneficial to processing and production.
本发明公开了废弃混凝土再生利用方法,包括步骤一,收集废料;步骤二,粉碎处理;步骤三,煅烧加工;步骤四,改性混合;步骤五,成品运输;其中在上述步骤一中,人工使用铲车收集废弃混凝土,并将混凝土运输至空旷地带;将混凝土进行筛选,除去外界杂质,并将混凝土淋水,连续淋洗2‑3次;该废弃混凝土再生利用方法,操作简单,将废弃混凝土打碎筛选,再次进行煅烧改性,得到新的混凝土,改善原有混凝土的强度与耐久性,且有利于保护环境,节约资源;同时该发明工艺简单严谨,能够代替其他较为昂贵的废弃混凝土再生利用方法,效果显著,原料便宜成本低廉,加工方便,大大节约了生产成本,有利于加工与生产。
