The invention relates to the technical field of highway maintenance pavement crack pouring equipment, and discloses a road maintenance pavement crack pouring device. The device comprises a first crackpouring rod and a second crack pouring rod. The surface of the first crack pouring rod and the surface of the second crack pouring rod are movably connected with a first crack pouring connecting plate, a second crack pouring connecting plate and a third crack pouring connecting plate from left to right through first crack pouring connecting bolts. According to the road maintenance pavement crackpouring device, when people use the device, the first crack pouring box, the second crack pouring box or the third crack pouring box matched with pavement cracks can be selected for filling accordingto the sizes of the pavement cracks, and then the crack pouring sealing box is taken down from the bottom of the first crack pouring box, the second crack pouring box or the third crack pouring box; and then a first compaction plate or a second compaction plate or a third compaction plate is used for pushing and pressing the materials which are stored in the first crack pouring box or the second crack pouring box or the third crack pouring box and used for filling the cracks, and the materials are pushed and pressed into the cracks.
