The invention relates to a thin-wall pier for arranging periodic oscillators, wherein the thin-wall pier comprises a thin-wall pier body; a plurality of oscillators are connected to the thin-wall pierbody through an elastic material, and the plurality of oscillators are periodically arranged; and the thin-wall body can be a solid thin-wall pier, a hollow thin-wall pier or a double-limb thin-wallpier, and the double-limb thin-wall pier is provided with a cross beam. The thin-wall pier provided with the periodic oscillators can be regarded as a local resonance type phononic crystal, has low band gap frequency, can be used for restraining the influence of traffic vibration on a bridge on buildings near the bridge, and can also reduce the influence of seismic waves on the bridge.
