The invention discloses a road sweeper with an automatic cleaning and collecting functions; the rear end of a cab is connected with a traction frame, the traction frame is fixedly connected with a compartment, a group of wheels are arranged at the bottom of the compartment and the bottom of the cab, the front end of the bottom of the cab is connected with a sweeping disc fixing plate, and the bottom of the rear end of the compartment is connected with a watering structure; a push rod is arranged at the top end in the sweeping disc fixing plate, the end of the push rod is connected with an airpump, a set of bottom rotary disc and top rotary disc are arranged on the inner surface of the sweeping disc fixing plate, the bottom rotary disc and the top rotary disc are in transmission connectionthrough a belt, and the side face of the bottom rotary disc is in gear connection with a gear rotary disc; and the gear rotating disc is connected with an external hydraulic pump, and the external hydraulic pump and the air pump are arranged in the compartment, so that stable sweeping and automatic garbage collection can be achieved, the one-time cleaning effect is achieved, the road sweeping efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
