The invention relates to a pile foundation construction method for easily-collapsed thick covering layer opening karst cave geology, and relates to the field of pile foundation construction. The pilefoundation construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a karst cave is subjected to mud jacking reinforcement, a bored pile casing is buried in each pile position, holes are led to a first preset position below a bed rock surface, and when a first section of protective steel casing is lowered to a second preset position along the bored pile casings, the first section of protective steelcasing is fixed to the bored pile casings; and finally, the protective steel casing to be installed is connected with the previous section of installed protective steel casing, after installation is finished, the previous section of protective steel casing is separated from the bored pile casings, the section of protective steel casing is lowered, when the section of protective steel casing is lowered to the second preset position, the section of protective steel casing is connected with the bored pile casings, and circulation is conducted in sequence until the first section of protective steel casing is lowered into a rock stratum. The pile foundation construction method provided by the invention solves the problems that ground surface collapse, drill bit burying, steel casing sinking andthe like are easily caused by pile foundation construction in a karst cave geological environment of an easily-collapsed thick covering layer.
