The guide pipe device comprises a construction platform, two cover plates, a guide pipe and a lifting device, and is characterized in that each of the two cover plates are correspondingly provided with an opening, a second through hole with a preset diameteris formed when the two openings are combined, and the guide pipe is sleeved with a hoop with the diameter larger than that of the second through hole; therefore, when the lifting device lowers the guide pipe to the preset position along the second through hole, the two cover plates are closed, the hoops on the guide pipe can be clamped on the cover plates, and the effect of fixing the guide pipe is achieved; in addition, lowering and lifting operation of the guide pipe can be conducted through the lifting device arranged on the construction platform, and construction does not need to be assisted through a truck-mounted crane; and in addition, the construction platform not only can facilitate operation of constructors, but also can prevent the constructors and sundries from falling into pile foundation hole forming positions. Therefore, according to the guide pipe device for pouring concrete, the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the guide pipe can be effectively improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety in the construction process can be improved.
