Reusable retaining wall construction method
The invention discloses a reusable retaining wall construction method. The method comprises the steps that after a drilling machine drills to the designed depth, cement mixed liquid is injected into adrill hole, and a cement-soil mixing pile foundation is formed after stirring by a drill bit; I-shaped steel is inserted into the cement-soil mixing pile foundation; after a first layer of earthworkis excavated to the height of one sliding block, one sliding block is pressed between webs of adjacent I-shaped steel; after the earthwork is excavated to the height of one sliding block again, the sliding block on the secondary layer is installed according to the method in the last step, and the sliding block on the first layer descends to the earthwork excavation face; the previous step is repeated until the sliding blocks are installed layer by layer, wherein a sliding block at the bottommost layer is supported on the top surface of the cement-soil mixing pile foundation; after a retainingwall is used, the sliding blocks are removed; the I-shaped steel is pulled up and recycled; and gaps formed by pulling out the I-shaped steel are filled with cement grout in a grouting mode. By adopting the method, the retaining wall can be completely recycled and reused after being used as a temporary support.
本发明公开了一种可重复利用的挡土墙施工方法,步骤为:钻机钻进至设计深度后,向钻孔内注入水泥混合液,在钻头搅拌后形成水泥土搅拌桩基础;将工字钢插入水泥土搅拌桩基础中;第一层土方开挖至一个滑块高度后,在相邻工字钢的腹板之间压入一个滑块;再次挖除一个滑块的高度后,按照上一步的方法安装次层的滑块,首层的滑块下降至土方开挖面处;重复步骤上一步直至滑块逐层完成安装,最底层的滑块支撑在水泥土搅拌桩基础的顶面上;在挡土墙使用完成后,拆除滑块;拔起并回收工字钢;将工字钢拔出形成的空隙用水泥浆液进行注浆填充。采用本方法挡土墙作为临时支撑使用完成后可以全部回收,循环利用。
