The building comprises a building body, a water supply chamber is arranged on the bottom layer of the building body, a plurality of water storage chambers are arranged in high-rise floors of the building body, a water supply system is arranged in the water supply chamber, water tank systems are arranged in the water storage chambers, the water supply system comprises a flow stabilizing tank, a pressure stabilizing tank and a water pump, and a water inlet pipe is arranged at the top of the flow stabilizing tank. A water outlet pipe is arranged atthe bottom of the flow stabilizing tank, the water inlet pipe is connected with a municipal water supply pipeline, the water outlet pipe is connected with the water tank systems, the pressure stabilizing tank is arranged on the water outlet pipe, a water pump is arranged on the water outlet pipe located between the flow stabilizing tank and the pressure stabilizing tank, each water tank system comprises a water storage tank, a sewage tank and a blow-down valve, an air bag is arranged in the sewage tank, and a sewage discharging mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank. According to the intelligent building, the building comprises the water supply system and the water tank systems in the building, can carry out sewage discharging treatment on water stored in the watertanks in the high-rise building, guarantees the water quality, can reuse sewage in case of a fire, and saves water resources.
