The invention discloses a fabricated concrete replaceable beam-column joint connecting structure. A beam end embedded part is installed on a prefabricated reinforced concrete beam, a column side embedded part is installed on a prefabricated reinforced concrete column, a connecting plate is provided with a longitudinal end plate and a transverse end plate, the connecting plate is in bolted connection with the column side embedded part through the transverse end plate; the beam end embedded part comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate; a first through hole is formed in the vertical plate; a second through hole is formed in the connecting plate; the first through hole and the second through hole are matched in position and hole diameter; the first through hole and the second throughhole are connected by a first energy consumption connecting part; and the connecting plate is connected with the transverse plate through the longitudinal end plate by means of a bolt or a second energy consumption connecting part. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the structure. According to the structure and the method, construction and installation are easy, a joint areahas good ductility, energy can be effectively dissipated under the action of earthquake loads, high earthquake resistance is achieved, and replacement after an earthquake is achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土可更换梁柱节点连接结构,预制钢筋混凝土梁安装有梁端预埋件,预制钢筋混凝土柱安装有柱侧预埋件,连接板设有纵向端板和横向端板,连接板通过横向端板与柱侧预埋件螺栓连接,梁端预埋件包括横板和竖板,竖板上设有第一通孔,连接板上设有第二通孔,第一通孔与第二通孔的位置和孔径相适配,第一耗能连接件连接于第一通孔和第二通孔之间,连接板通过纵向端板与横板用螺栓或第二耗能连接件连接。本发明还公开了上述结构的拼装方法。本发明不仅具有施工安装简单、节点区具有良好的延性,而且在地震荷载作用下能够有效的耗散能量,具有较高的抗震性,实现震后可更换。
