The invention relates to the technical field of steel-concrete structures in constructional engineering, in particular to a steel beam bolting joint structure of a vertical core-penetrating plate typeconcrete-filled steel tube column. Aiming at the problems that a beam-column joint is a key part of a fabricated building structure, the bearing capacity, anti-seismic property and the like of the structure are directly influenced by the performance of the beam-column joint, and meanwhile the construction and assembly progress is directly influenced by the structural form of the beam-column joint, the following scheme is proposed, the steel beam bolting joint structure comprises a vertical core-penetrating plate which is connected with a concrete-filled steel tubular column and a steel beam;the concrete-filled steel tubular column is formed by pouring concrete into a rectangular outer steel pipe, and the steel beam is located in the middle of the outer circumferential face of the opposite short sides of the outer steel pipe and connected with the outer steel pipe; and two welding cover plates which are horizontally arranged in the vertical direction are arranged at the distance position between the short side of the outer circumferential face of the outer steel pipe and the height of the steel beam. According to the steel beam bolting joint structure, the vertical core-penetrating plate is adopted to connect the beam column, the stress of the beam flange is transmitted to the concrete-filled steel tube column, the structure is simple, the force transmission is clear, and meanwhile, the concrete pouring is facilitated.
本发明涉及建筑工程中钢混结构技术领域,尤其涉及竖向穿心板式钢管混凝土柱的钢梁栓接节点结构,针对梁柱节点是装配式建筑结构的关键部位,其性能直接影响结构的承载能力、抗震性能等,同时梁柱节点的构造形式直接影响施工装配进度的问题,现提出如下方案,包括竖向穿心板,竖向穿心板连接钢管混凝土柱和钢梁;所述钢管混凝土柱由矩形外钢管内灌混凝土组成,钢梁位于外钢管相对的短边外周面中部并且与外钢管连接;外钢管外周面短边间隔钢梁高度的距离处设置两个在竖直方向水平设置的焊接盖板,本发明采用竖向穿心板连接梁柱,将梁翼缘受力传递到钢管混凝土柱,构造简单、传力明确,同时利于混凝土的浇筑。
