The invention discloses a directional rotary lock structure. The directional rotary lock structure comprises channel steel fixed to the edge of the outer side of a vehicle carrying plate, a supportingblock fixedly buckled along the interior of the channel steel, a fixed guide rail seat fixed to the supporting block, a locking rotary seat fixed to the fixed guide rail seat, a locking rotary devicefixed to the locking rotary seat and a forward lock plunger device fixed to the locking rotary seat. A lock catch part at the rear end of the forward lock plunger device is rotationally connected with the locking rotary seat, a lock plunger fixing device is arranged in front of the forward lock plunger device, an unlocking and locking detection switch device is arranged at the front end of the forward lock plunger device, and a lock catch part at the front end of the forward lock plunger device is in lock catch connection with the lock plunger fixing device. The directional rotating lock withthe automatic locking and unlocking function and the rotating lock function can be achieved, and vehicles can be stored, taken and parked more smoothly and safely in the planar transverse moving process of the vehicle carrying plate.
