The invention provides a scheme for combined construction of a built high-rise building and a stereo garage and a structural connection mode thereof. The high-rise building (1) and the stereo garage (2) can achieve the effect that a horizontal connection traction structure enables combination of the high-rise building (1) and the stereo garage (2) to reach a reliable degree through a key measure of penetrating through the wall of the high-rise building (1), the position where the high-rise building (1) and the stereo garage (2) penetrate through the wall is on the edge of or near akey stress steel bar close to the thickness of the building wall, and the specific position of the key stress steel bar can be obtained according to data calibrated in a building structure design drawing or/and obtained through on-site detection by a metal detector. If the scheme is considered in a residential area, conditions are created for solving the problem of parking spaces.
