The component comprises a body installed on a door and window profile, a partition plate is arranged in the middle of the body to divide the body into a lower cavity located in the lower portion of the body and an upper cavity located in the upper portion of the body, the partition plate is not closed to enable the upper cavity to be communicated with the lower cavity, and a water inlet is formed in the upper portion of the upper cavity. A water outlet is formed in the side face of the lower cavity, and the height of the water outlet is not larger than that of the partition plate. The water outlet is formed in the side face of the lower cavity, outside air is blown into the body from the water outlet and separated by the partition plate, noise generated by blowing of the air is prevented, the air is difficult to blow out from the water inlet located above the upper cavity, the wind shielding effect is achieved, and meanwhile the drainage effect is achieved. The body is directly formed by extruding an aluminum material, then cut off and punched through CNC machining, the machining process is simple, and the machining cost is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种用于窗户的挡风排水防止水倒灌的构件,包括有安装在门窗型材上的本体,所述本体中部设有一隔板将本体分成了位于其下部的下腔及位于其上部的上腔,所述隔板不封闭使得上腔与下腔相通,所述上腔上方设有进水口,所述下腔侧面设有出水口,所述出水口的高度不高于所述隔板的高度。本发明在下腔的侧面设置出水口,外面的风从出水口吹入到本体内部,被隔板隔开,防止风吹进来产生的噪音,使得风难以从位于上腔上方的进水口吹出,起到了挡风的效果,同时还起到了排水的效果。本发明的本体直接采用铝材挤压成形,再切断,再采用CNC加工开孔,加工工艺简单,大大降低加工成本。
