The invention aims to provide a pipe jacking construction system for two-way jacking and a construction thereof. Only one set of combined jack jacking system is needed for conducting excavation jacking on the two sides of a pipe jacking launching shaft, the space and the construction time needed by pipe jacking are reduced; and the reaction force generated when a pipe jacking pipeline at one end is jacked can be provided by side resistance, head-on resistance and a jack of a working well and a pipe jacking pipeline at the other end, and a relay room can be arranged according to different conditions. The two-way jacking of the jacking pipe can ensure that the jacking pipe in the other working area can still be constructed when equipment in one working area breaks down. The method is high inefficiency, and the problem that only one-way jacking can be achieved in the existing pipe jacking construction process can be solved.
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于双向顶进的顶管施工系统及其施工工艺,只需一套组合千斤顶顶进系统就能够进行顶管始发井的两侧开挖顶进,减少了顶管顶进所需要的空间以及施工时间,且一端顶管管道顶进时的支反力能够由工作井和另一端顶管的侧阻力、迎面阻力及千斤顶提供,根据不同条件可设置中继间。顶管双向顶进能够保证当一个工作区域内的设备出现故障时,另一个工作区域内的顶管仍然能够进行施工。这种方法效率较高,能够解决目前顶管施工过程中只能单向顶进的问题。
