The invention discloses a building foundation settlement monitoring device which comprises a monitoring terminal and a plurality of monitoring pipes, the upper end of each monitoring pipe is covered with a waterproof cover, the lower end of each monitoring pipe is inserted into a building foundation, a memory, a timer and a plurality of magnetic induction probes are installed in each monitoring pipe, and a unique place identification number is stored in each memory. All the memories, the timers and the magnetic induction detection heads are connected in parallel through communication cables and then connected into a graph generator, the graph generator is connected into the monitoring terminal through a communication cable, and the monitoring terminal is used for displaying a foundation settlement curve to a user. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the foundation settlement curve is generated through the graph generator and then displayed to the user through the monitoring terminal, the user can visually know and master the land subsidence conditions of all places of the area, and when foundation settlement at a certain position is too large, the monitoring terminal can inform the user to evacuate in time; and rainwater can be prevented from invading electrical components in the monitoring tube.
