The invention discloses a process for increasing the apparent density of pressureless granulation powder. According to the process, silicon carbide slurry is sprayed out of a spray tower, moisture ofhigh-solid-phase small liquid globules of the silicon carbide slurry quickly evaporates under the action of gravity and hot air so as to form spherical particles with different sizes to roll downwardsalong the inner wall of the spray tower, the granulation powder with different particle sizes is obtained through vibration screening and grading, finer particles enter a cyclone dust collector to form dust removal powder, larger particles form the granulation powder, and the two kinds of powder are mixed to form mixed powder. The process has the advantage that the function of increasing the apparent density can be achieved without changing the formula and modifying the powder.
本发明公开了一种提高无压造粒粉松装密度工艺,碳化硅料浆在喷雾塔内喷出,碳化硅料浆的高固相小液珠在重力和热风的作用下迅速蒸发水分,形成大小不等的球形颗粒沿喷雾塔内壁向下滚动,经过振动筛分分级出不同粒度组成的造粒粉,其中更为细小的颗粒进入旋风除尘器形成除尘粉,较大的颗粒形成造粒粉,两种粉料混合形成混合粉料,本发明实现了无需更改配方、改造粉体即可提升松装密度的功能。
