The invention discloses a T-beam prefabricated profile steel base and a T-beam prefabricated profile steel pedestal. The profile steel base can be placed in a base formed by pouring concrete, whereinthe profile steel base comprises a base body, a top plate covering the top of the base body and a walking mechanism connected to the bottom of the base body; the cross section of the base body is approximately concave, the base body comprises a first concave body and first connecting bodies vertically connected to the two sides of the first concave body, and a plurality of first positioning holesare longitudinally formed in each first connecting body at intervals; a plurality of positioning columns capable of being inserted into the corresponding first positioning holes are longitudinally arranged at two sides of the top plate at intervals; when the profile steel base is arranged in the base, the outer bottom surface of the first concave body is propped against the inner bottom surface ofa second concave body of the base, and the walking mechanism is arranged in a limiting groove of the base; and the bottom surfaces of the first connecting bodies are propped against the upper surfaces of second connecting bodies of the base separately, and the positioning columns are inserted into the first positioning holes and second positioning holes of the base at the same time, so that the profile steel base and the base are relatively fixed. The T-beam prefabricated profile steel base and the T-beam prefabricated profile steel pedestal aim at improving the utilization rate of the prefabricated pedestal.
