Preparation method and application of N, N-dihydroxyalkyl diglycolamine
The invention discloses an application of N, N-dihydroxyalkyl diglycolamine as a cement additive. The invention also discloses a preparation method of N, N-dihydroxyalkyl diglycolamine, which comprises the following steps of: (1) adding diglycolamine into a reaction kettle, and dehydrating at 100-110 DEG C for 2-3 hours; (2) vacuumizing the reaction kettle, introducing inert gas into the reactionkettle, maintaining the pressure in the kettle at (-0.04)-(-0.06) Mpa, and replacing air in the reaction kettle; (3) closing the vacuum, sealing the reaction kettle, continuously adding alkylene oxideinto the reaction kettle, and stirring for reaction; and (4) introducing inert gas, maintaining the pressure in the reaction kettle at 0.1-0.5 Mpa, closing the inert gas, and after the pressure in the kettle is stable, obtaining the N, N-dihydroxyalkyl diglycolamine. According to the method, diglycolamine and alkylene oxide are adopted as starting materials, the target product is prepared throughan alkoxylation 'one-step method' reaction, in the whole reaction process, the technology is simple, and the production process is environmentally friendly.
本申请公开了N,N‑二羟烷基二甘醇胺作为水泥添加剂的应用。并公开了N,N‑二羟烷基二甘醇胺的制备方法,步骤为:(1)将二甘醇胺投入反应釜中,在100℃~110℃下脱水2~3小时;(2)抽真空并向反应釜中通入惰性气体,使釜内压力维持在‑0.04~‑0.06Mpa下,对反应釜内的空气进行置换;(3)关真空并封闭反应釜,向反应釜中连续加入环氧烷烃,搅拌,进行反应;(4)通入惰性气体,维持反应釜内的压力为0.1~0.5Mpa,关闭惰性气体,待釜内压力稳定后,制得N,N‑二羟烷基二甘醇胺。本发明中采用二甘醇胺和环氧烷烃为起始原料,经烷氧化“一步法”反应制得目标产物,整个反应过程中,工艺简单,生产过程环保。
