The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and cooling raw materials of concrete, and configuring concrete by using the cooled raw materials and combining the proportioning data of the raw materials; dividing the prepared concrete into a plurality of areas, and presetting a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor in each area; detecting the temperature of the concrete in each divided area by using a preset temperature sensor; laying a cooling pipeline; implementing concrete pouring; implementing secondary feeding and vibrating of concrete; monitoring the temperature and stress changes of concrete in the pouring process in real time; andwhen the monitored relevant temperature and stress data exceed the preset range, carrying out cooling through the laid cooling pipeline. The temperature of concrete can be uniformly improved, the effectiveness of temperature control is improved, and cracks and the like are avoided.
