The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly concrete preparation process which comprises the following steps: S1, firstly, selecting raw materials of concrete, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight, 20-35 parts of water, 5-8 parts of zeolite powder, 5-8 parts of kaolin, 8-12 parts of an additive, 40-60 parts of silicon hydrochloric acid cement, 15-25 parts of fly ash, 5-11 parts of mica powder, 2-4 parts of latex powder, 20-40 parts of aggregate, 10-15 parts of carbon fibers, 8-10 parts of aluminum powder, 35-45 parts of gypsum powder, 30-50 parts of silica fume, 30-40 parts of quartz sand and 25-35 parts of gravels. In the concrete preparation process, carbon fibers, aluminum powder and additives are added into concrete, the sound absorption performance of the concrete on surrounding noise is improved, the concrete environment-friendly effect is achieved, and meanwhile the strength of the concrete is improved; and meanwhile, when concrete is prepared, a pneumatic diaphragm pump is arranged, materials falling off when concrete raw materials are fed are collected and utilized, pollution generated when the concrete raw materials are fed is reduced, the health degree of operators during operation is improved, and the healthy environment of a workplace is guaranteed.
