The invention provides a preparation method of silicon carbide aerogel, which comprises the following steps of: mixing polycarbosilane with an organic solvent to prepare a uniformly dispersed siliconcarbide ceramic precursor solution; heating the silicon carbide ceramic precursor solution in an inert atmosphere, selectively adding a platinum catalyst, and carrying out hydrosilylation reaction toobtain silicon carbide ceramic precursor gel; drying the silicon carbide ceramic precursor gel to obtain silicon carbide ceramic precursor aerogel; and in an inert atmosphere, heating the silicon carbide ceramic precursor aerogel for high-temperature cracking to obtain the silicon carbide aerogel. According to the method, a precursor conversion method and an aerogel method are combined, raw material sources are simple, the aerogel does not need to be used together with vinyl substances, precursor synthesis is simple, precursor gel preparation conditions are mild, the obtained silicon carbide aerogel is high in ceramic yield, and the C/Si ratio is adjustable and close to the stoichiometric ratio.
本发明提出一种碳化硅气凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将聚碳硅烷与有机溶剂混合,配制成均匀分散的碳化硅陶瓷前驱体溶液;该碳化硅陶瓷前驱体溶液在惰性气氛中加热,可选择加入铂催化剂,发生硅氢加成反应得到碳化硅陶瓷前驱体凝胶;将碳化硅陶瓷前驱体凝胶干燥,得到碳化硅陶瓷前驱体气凝胶;在惰性气氛下,将碳化硅陶瓷前驱体气凝胶加热进行高温裂解,得到碳化硅气凝胶。本方法结合前驱体转化法和气凝胶法,原料来源简单,无需配合乙烯基类物质使用,前驱体合成简单,前驱体凝胶制备条件温和,所得碳化硅气凝胶陶瓷产率高,C/Si比可调且接近化学计量比。
