The invention discloses an adjustable construction device for mining underground grooving. The adjustable construction device comprises a chain and scraping plates. According to the device, the two adjacent hinged positions of the chain are fixedly connected with positioning plates and adjusting plates through movable connecting frames, the positioning plates are rotationally connected with the two scraping plates, the adjusting plates are provided with sliding blocks and connecting rods for adjusting the included angles of the two scraping plates, the sliding blocks slide back and forth to control the included angles of the two scraping plates, when the included angles are decreased, the width of a sewage tank is small, and when the included angles are increased, the width of the sewage tank is large; and an adjusting flexible shaft is arranged on the periphery of the chain, is of a closed-loop structure and is connected with the sliding blocks, a groove-shaped frame is arranged on one side of one adjusting plate, an adjusting sleeve is arranged in the groove-shaped frame, the adjusting sleeve is elastically connected with the local position of the adjusting flexible shaft throughan extrusion spring, movement of the adjusting flexible shaft relative to the chain can be controlled by rotating the adjusting sleeve, then movement of the sliding blocks can be controlled, and therefore the grooving width adjusting function is achieved.
