The invention discloses a suspended ceiling plate. The suspended ceiling plate comprises an inner layer plate, an outer layer plate and a honeycomb-shaped interlayer; the interlayer is located betweenthe inner layer plate and the outer layer plate; the suspended ceiling plate is square, and grooves or protrusions are formed in the side wall of the suspended ceiling plate; the honeycomb-shaped interlayer has a flattening function, and the suspended ceiling plate is divided into three layers, so that deformation of the suspended ceiling plate in the using process is effectively avoided; and meanwhile the honeycomb-shaped interlayer has the advantages of sound absorption, heat insulation, light weight and the like. Due to the arrangement of the grooves and the protrusions, every two adjacentceiling plates can be conveniently installed in a clamped mode.
