The invention provides a top plate supporting structure under a disc buckle quick-release supporting system. The supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting heads and a plurality of formworks; fixed top plates of the supporting heads are horizontally and fixedly connected with the tops of screw rods; early-dismantling supporting bases are arranged on the outer walls of the screw rodsin a sleeving mode; the outer walls of the early-dismantling supporting bases horizontally extend outwards to form supporting plates; first nuts and second nuts are matched with the screw rods; positioning notches are formed in the four corners of each formwork; and the multiple formworks and the fixed top plates of the multiple supporting heads jointly form a top plate formwork plane. The top plate supporting structure under the disc buckle quick-release supporting system has the advantages of saving labor, accelerating engineering progress and the like. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention further provides a construction method of the top plate supporting structure under the disc buckle quick-release supporting system. The disc buckle quick-release supporting system isadopted, and the supporting heads are used on the upper portion of the disc buckle quick-release supporting system, so that the formworks and square timbers can be dismounted and turned over in advance, the use amount of the formworks is one third of the use amount of a traditional supporting system, and therefore the formworks and the square timbers are saved.
